Description
Alley has been graded 3 times in three years but no gravel...been requesting gravel and it just gets graded over and over. Year two they dumped gravel after grading but stopped halfway into the alley and never came back to finish. Alley usually muddy but with all this rain it’s extremely muddy, holes are returning due to high traffic. During the summer with no gravel it’s a haven for mosquitoes and we are unable to treat because of the dogs being walked.
