Description

This tree is located on a sidewalk in front of Bellevue Elementary School near the corner of N. 23rd and E. Grace Street. The branch has been broken by either a truck or high winds. It is hanging DANGEROUSLY over the sidewalk where students congregate. THIS IS AN URGENT SAFETY ISSUE. See pictures attached.
