Description
3500 block of Rosanell, the street that supports these home has been damaged to the point that it's making it difficult to get in and out without damaging your vehicle - drains along this street is awful and standing water accumulation is terrible, not to mention that heavy construction equipment is coming in and out of the neighborhood. The equipment is evening being stored here, the number cars parked here is getting completely out of hand. The overgrowth of vegetation is also a problem

- Staff · August 9, 2022rea has been developed without a drainage plan. Easements have been encroached on and drainage areas abandoned by development. These are impairment that cant be addressed by maintenance, any corrections here will warrant a CIP project.
