Description

Excessive buildup of curbside dead leaves and storm debris at corner of Edgewood Ave and Culpepper street. City has not cleaned our streets yet. Window for cleaning based on city website passed on 3/1. Buildup of debris is blocking storm drain causing back up and pooling of water at curb.
