Description

The city has repaired the alley twice in the past 2 years which has created a pooling issue. On the hermitage road side of the ally the water can not drain as there are high spots causing the water to pool and flood the back yards of homes on both sides. Requesting the city review the problem and scrap n level the rock laid this past two recent maintenance activities so the water can drain as it did prior.
