Hello - There is a abandoned bike that has been chained to a sign for over 2 years in front of 2021 Park Ave. The bike is a nuisance as it has been abandoned and is slowly rotting away. It is chained to a street sign and the lock will need to be cut off. Please help us remove this nuisance! Thank You!
