Description

The alley behind 4800 block W Seminary Ave has potholes that need repairing. I have lived in this block for 24 years and because of the work the city does, the alley is now a good foot higher that it use to be. This causes water to flow into the yards of the houses along the alley. Request the city repair the potholes and grade the surface down level to the yards. Thanks Larry Ellis
