Description

We had two beautiful trees planted 10 years ago in front of our building at 6 South 5th Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Last year, one was removed by the City without cause. We were promised by the Arborist that a new tree would be planted as soon as possible. Several new trees have been planted on our block, but our replacement tree has not. I called 311 last week and placed a work order, DPW000018936, and have still not heard anything back.
