Description
Resident is calling in because her neighbor have a daycare service and her clients parking in the drive way and block her in. This is something that is effecting her in the morning when she is going to work. and also when she comes home. she has problems walking so now its becoming a bigger problem. she wants to know if there is any type of sign that can be put up for her.
