Description

Trees along curb blocking sight lines along eastbound Westbrook Ave between alley and W Seminary Ave pedestrians must step into street to see oncoming traffic when W Seminary corner nor can traffic see pedestrians. Also large bush blocking eastbound sight lines for traffic exiting alley onto Westbrook
