Description

The timing of this light is off because it is not in sync with the previous traffic light. When traffic at the Semmes/Cowardin intersection can move forward, this light turns red, which causes traffic to back up unnecessarily.

    after determining a loop was damaged that effected the loop detector. resetting loop detector, operation continued.
