Description
The traffic signal timing is incorrect at the intersection of Libbie Ave and Grove Ave. At 5:00 pm the west bound traffic on grove only gets 14 seconds before the light turns red again. This is causing the traffic to back up on grove for several blocks thus blocking the next intersections from cross traffic.
