Description
Hello. I was driving east on Hull St Rd at 1:00pm yesterday when the light at E 32nd St turned red. There were no pedestrians or vehicles near the intersection. It's a complete waste of time, money and creates pollution in an urban area populated by many African-Americans when a traffic light (on the more heavily traveled street) turns red for no apparent reason. Surely the light at this intersection could be made smarter.
