Description

My alley was paved (i.e. gravel put down) a couple of months ago. The drainage now is worse than before, there is usually a large puddle in the alley behind house that does not go away. Also the dirt and gravel is pushed up in a ridge against my property which appears to be preventing the water from my backyard from draining into the alley. I would like for someone to come look at the alley and correct. A1B1
