Description

N. Belmont Avenue is in desperate need of a complete repaving between Monument Avenue and Kensington Avenue. The potholes have been patched in a very poor manner over many years which has led to the street becoming completely uneven and resulting in an extremely bumpy ride. Our city can do better!
