citizen called stating that we came out to prune pine tree and left all the clipping in the yard. Citizen is requesting that we come out to clean up the pine debris.

    Responded to location, cleaned up small debris (pine needles, twigs) in the vicinity of the tree. Phoned resident, who expressed frustration that the tree was not removed. Advised arborist that all debris from her backyard will be thrown into the street from now on.Urban General Complaint
