Description
Do the areas, to include open ditches and channels, to both the east and west of the true and actual entry and exit points of the Eastern culvert pipe at 6908 South Drive comply with both VDOT, and City of Richmond, VA., DPU SWD, "Stormwater Management Design & Construction Standards Manual" (Revised:July 01, 2012) standards specified in Chapter 4? Please have a RVA DPU SWD and/or RVA DPW TEO Civil Engineer assess the true and actual site here in the District 4, Stratford Hills neighborhood.
