resident is calling in because in front of the business , there is a brick side walk. There is a whole on this sidewalk. that the bricks are falling into. she wouldn't say its a sink hole. But its something like it. where the bricks are falling into the hole and they do not want their customers falling and hurting themselves.

here are several issues with this location. One of the issues is a hole in the brick sidewalk due to drainage pipe on the business. The entire block connected to the location is in need of repair. There is also on the other side of the block a large tree root situation.
