Description
SAFETY ISSUE There is a utility pole guy wire that's very vulnerable to being hit by a vehicle. It's in the alley behind 8 1/2 Canal St @ 37°32'31.4"N 77°26'45.9"W (37.542052, -77.446073). Photo is provided. A barrier should be erected or something visible should be installed to help ensure people see the guy wire.
