Description

The alleyway directly behind 3551 Grove Ave. and 3549 Grove Ave. (turning in from Thompson St.) is in severe need of a gravel fill-in throughout the alleyway, especially at/near the Thompson St. alleyway entrance, as cars are losing traction/hydroplaning whenever they turn in to and move down this alleyway.
