Description

Large pothole adjacent to 16 S. Dooley Ave. where alley meets Dooley. Pothole is in asphalt portion of alley transition from concrete sidewalk to asphalt. Pothole is hard to see because it is always full of water from leaking water meter at 16 S. Dooley.
