Description

See DPW000012442 Potholes have returned at same location. Narrow passage around traffic island. Traffic island added after original paving of Westbrook Ave and sub-structure of paving to right of island not adequate to support large bus traffic. Potholes cannot be avoided because of narrowness of passage around island. Heavy bus traffic contributes to wear and tear.
