tree appears to be ok, maintenance pruning is needed. check condition of tree in spring during leaf out to make decision about possible removal.

following up on DPW case citizen states the tree is dead and been dead for over a year. the tree is 3 Story high citizen is afraid the tree may fall will email supervisor of concerns. this tree is dead center of home . the bark is dislodged from the tree its between sidewalk and the driveway. 3feet away from watermeter.
