    Per William Carroll, This location is rated as (25). We will move this location up on the list due to the citizen being handicapped. I have contacted Ms. Utilities. There are (3) sections of damage to thesidewalk; one is 10 feet by 5 feet. The other piece is 15 feet by 5 feet, and the last section is 10 feet by 5 feet.

    Ms, Jones called and wants an update on this request because tree is very dangerous and she had to replace her roof awhile back because of this same tree.

    called in Feb. about tree in the front of her house; there's a branch that needs to be cut that is hanging over her roof is now scratching her roof. The bottom of the tree was uprooting her sidewalk, deck, ramp and that was fixed and the sidewalk was repaired but now they need to come back to cut the limb at the top of the tree. Caller is concern that the branch is going to fall.

    Also.....Caller states she wants the work that started in Feb. to be finished because the concern is still that the branch is going to fall and the main concern is that it is causing damage to her roof.
