Description

On Pilots lane, between Hazelhurst and Cliff, the entire road is horrible. It has been this way for years. It's not just potholes, that one strip on both directions needs a complete overhaul. There is no other street in Richmond that I've ever driven on that's as bad as this section of Pilots.
