Description

Storm drains are clogged and street fills with water at every rain. Southwest corner of Park and Tilden. Northwest corner of Park and Tilden has a hole already cut in street and covered with metal sheet for months, including an orange cone. Kids walk to school a block away through here. Mosquitos are worse in summer due to this blockage too.
