Description

• Alley ○ is located Between overlook and willis ○ Water comes down from hill and floods the alley. ○ City came out to "scrape it" but it didn't work. ○ It seems like it is a spring or something. ○ used to be nice and dry ○ City did work on it previously but now its always flooded ○ Mud, etc. coming down ○ Runs all the time.
