Description

Bushes on the east side of 1100 Seminary Place - where it borders East Seminary Avenue, are encroaching into the sidewalk, making it impassable. Also, these bushes are obscuring the view of oncoming traffic on East Seminary Avenue when exiting the alley behind 1100 Seminary place
