Description

There is a massively overgrown root system under this tree, it has pushed the sidewalk up in some places about 6 inches. the sidewalk is very difficult to walk on and wheelchairs cannot move around the area. Also, the tree limbs are covering several power lines and a strong enough wind will knock out power to the block.
