Description

In front of 300 Portland Place (alongside the Expressway) there is a pothole that has reopened since its repair last year. (I broke a tire on the pothole then in the exact same place.) The yard of 300 Portland Place fills up with water during a rainstorm and I believe the drainage from this yard or perhaps somewhere else undermines the road and potholes open up. The cause of these potholes should be found and corrected,
