Description
The road from Hill St to Hospital St (2nd St changing to Valley Rd) is full of litter, overgrown weeds & illegal dumping of toilets, tires, bags of garbage & need to be addressed by the City. Dominion Energy and RECO need to mow, trim and clean up their properties. Matthews St and Richmond Henrico Tpk are also heavily littered and unsightly. This is where we work, and we want this neighborhood cleaned up. Please!
