Description

This property continually litters all over the backyard which then blows into all the neighbor's yards around them. Recycle bin is used for trash & it now Stinks! It appears that they just open their back door & toss it out into the yard. They have even tossed a bag of trash up onto the power lines! I've caught a small boy trying to burn trash in a mess waste basked. This is toxic & filthy. I've complained to seeclickfix but a neighbor directed me to the RVA311 site. I hope you can help! The Location of this property is 2207 and 2209 4th Avenue, Richmond, VA 23222
