Description

AT SOUTHERN CORNER OF NORTH ALLEN ST. AND FLOYD AVENUE WE OBSERVED 100 + NAILS IN THE ROAD. DEFINITELY A HAZARD THAT CAN CAUSE FLAT TIRES. TOO MANY TO PICK UP BY HAND EASILY.
