Description

Edge of street is damaged heavily, on Palmyra Ave. westbound side of median 1600 block. Along with potholes the asphalt along the edge of the road bordering the street's median is visibly torn away and broken apart. This damage extends well into the actual roadway where vehicles must navigate between surface damage and cars parked along the curb.
