Description

Citizen states sidewalk is sinking and water collects when it rains; Freezes in rain and ices over. Rain drains leaves and debris from street all drain to the front of her property. Citizen had someone fall in front of home due to slippery hazard. Citizen has pictures and would like a call when we come out to assess it.
