resident is calling in because she has a big tree that is in front of her property that has a large amount of roots that are coming out of the ground. she is afraid that she is going to fall over these roots she and her brother lives at this location and she is disabled. she has been putting in these request for 2 years and nobody has come out. and these huge limbs are sitting on her roof
