Description

Tree has limbs that are dying and falling regularly. Currently a large limb about 20 feet in length above sidewalk, blocking sidewalk. Citizen also dragged another limb into middle of the grass median. Tree is between the sidewalk and the street, between 1824 and 1826 Monument Ave.
