Description

Large pothole since Jan 21 or 22, possibly result of water pipe / main break during extreme cold overnight between Jan 21-22. Adjacent sidewalk area also sinking. Pothole and sinking area of sidewalk are on northbound side of 25th St, next to Billups funeral home building. Suspect water main break because on morning of Jan 22, there was a lot of ice frozen on the road from gallons of water that had poured out of the hole.
