Description

My street was repaved over the summer. The paving was over the current paving. Now when it rains, the lip to my driveway is even with the street and the rainwater coming down the street enters my driveway and floods my front and back yards. Video is attached. I need the street lowered or the lip raised so that the water does not flow into my yard. Also, there is a drainage section in front of my house that is suppose to take the water to the sewer. Ivy is blocking the water passage.
