Description
A vehicle plowed over the traffic circle at Floyd & Auburn on January 18. There is debris in the roadway and the circle. Who is responsible for cleaning it up? I do not feel safe working in the street at this very busy intersection. Shards of plastic and glass are being scattered all over the intersection.
