Description

The alleyway behind the 4800 block of E Seminary Ave (between E and W Seminary) has a number of large potholes that need to be filled. Without a large 4WD vehicle, cars can easily bottom out with the size of the potholes. I’ve put my address in here, but the problem is the alley behind my house.
