This is regarding the lot owned by City of Richmond at the corner of 26th Street and Riverside Drive. I live across the street at 711 West 26th Street. The city tends the lot by mowing the grass in the warmer months. However, there is a serious problem of overgrown weeds, and especially english ivy and other vines A1B1
