Description

The apartment building at 101 Tempsford Lane Richmond Va always has excessive garbage overflowing into the street of Kennondale. Bins are overfilled, so lids dont close and bags are laying out loosely. Rodents then scatter it all over Kennondale. The building is also in desperate need of paint and repair, as it is not well kept. Owner needs to provide more bins or provide private pick up, as once /week by City is not adequate. Bins should be in a corrale with heavy lids to keep out animals.

Citizen emailed....the large apartment building at 102 Kennondale/Tempsford is an eye sore. Their garbage area is on the Kennondale side of the building and the cans are always overflowing. There's unsightly garbage conditions .
