Description

CONSTRUCTING CLAY WAS DROPPED IN THE ALLEY AND IT IS LEAVING HOLES. EVERY TIME THE TRASH TRUCK THROUGH THE HOLES ARE GETTING DEEPER AND DEEPER CAUSE MAJOR MUD PUDDLES WHEN CITIZEN GOES TO TAKE OUT TRASH
