Description

Azalea Ave between Route 1 and Chamberlayne has several "speed bumps" in the lanes where the road has been repaired in the past. Not only do they provide for a rough ride, in bad weather they are hard to see and catch drivers off guard. Please flatten to provide a smoother surface.
