Description

I don't know if this is a "roadway hazard" but there has been a lot of water flowing down Lookout Drive where it meets Riverside Drive for weeks and months regardless of rainfall. I don't live in the immediate area but I walk here daily and I'm concerned there may be a burst pipe in the area. I just wanted the city to know!
