Description
Recent pothole repairs on East Franklin St. between 23rd and 25th St. has caused an accumulation of dangerous gravel on the street. As people drive the gravel is whipped around and it is causing damage to cars. It also makes it difficult to drive and park safely. Ideally this gravel needs to be cleaned on a street cleaning day. This should be coordinated with street cleaning: 804-646-1794.
