Description
3300 block of W. Franklin Street, South Alley - The alley is in need of additional gravel. We have had such a wet year in 2018, the gravel has gotten buried into the dirt or spread away. The main drive through track is getting very muddy and will begin to create potholes. Can we please have a thick spread of gravel in this alley? I would appreciate it if this alley were to be paved at some point in the near future. Due to the amount of off street parking from W. Franklin and Park.
