Caller is concerned about the concrete sidewalk as it has become a tripping hazard.

Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, reported that cement is still cracked on sidewalk due to damage from tree roots, & that curb itself is deteriorated and makes parking difficult for residents in the area. Caller's original RVA311 ticket 101000118749 originally reported issue in May of 2018, secondary ticket 101000110764 from same year marked as closed due to being a duplicate
