Description

One of the pavers used on the alley behind lorraine ave has caved in and is now cracked. The hole is getting larger each day. This had been filled in with gravel / soil by a neighbor, but has started to collapse again. This is causing people traveling through the alley to go around the hole and drive on peoples yards.
